Terms of Service

By purchasing from NovaUGC Studio, you agree that you are paying for a custom 3D design/modeling commission service only.

NovaUGC Studio does not sell Robux, Roblox accounts, Roblox limiteds, direct Roblox avatar items, or in-game access through this website.

All designs must be original. We do not create or accept requests that copy or reproduce copyrighted characters, brands, logos, Roblox-owned assets, existing Roblox limiteds, existing UGC items, or another creator’s work.

Roblox approval is not guaranteed. If a design is submitted or published through Roblox Marketplace, the final avatar item must be purchased separately through Roblox using Robux.

Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate order details. Major changes after work has started may require an additional fee.

NovaUGC Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to involve copyright infringement, copied designs, abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, or violation of platform rules.

By placing an order, you understand that custom commission work becomes non-refundable once design, modeling, texturing, revisions, or preparation work has started.
