Refund Policy

All purchases on NovaUGC Studio are for custom 3D design/modeling commission services only.

Because each order is made specifically for the customer, refunds are only available if the order is canceled before any design, modeling, texturing, or revision work has started.

Once work has begun, the order becomes non-refundable. This includes concept work, modeling, texturing, previews, revisions, or Roblox Marketplace preparation.

If a Roblox Marketplace submission is rejected for a fixable reason, one free revision/resubmission attempt may be provided when possible. Roblox approval, publishing, and Marketplace availability are not guaranteed.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Change-of-mind requests after work has started

  • Incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer

  • Requests involving copyrighted, branded, copied, or infringing designs

  • Roblox moderation decisions outside of our control

  • Roblox Marketplace purchases made separately through Roblox

No Robux, Roblox accounts, limiteds, or direct Roblox avatar items are sold through this website. If approved, the final avatar item must be purchased separately through Roblox Marketplace using Robux.
