NovaUGC Studio provides custom 3D design and modeling commission services for original avatar-style accessory concepts. All purchases made through this website are for creative/design work only.

NovaUGC Studio does not sell Robux, Roblox accounts, Roblox limiteds, direct Roblox avatar items, in-game access, or virtual currency through this website. Any final avatar item, if approved and published, must be purchased separately through Roblox Marketplace using Robux.

NovaUGC Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation. Roblox, Robux, and related Roblox names or marks are the property of Roblox Corporation. Any references to Roblox are used only to describe the platform where eligible user-generated content may be submitted or purchased.

All designs created by NovaUGC Studio must be original. We do not accept requests to copy or reproduce copyrighted characters, brands, logos, Roblox-owned assets, existing Roblox limiteds, existing UGC items, or another creator’s work. NovaUGC Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate intellectual property rights, platform rules, or applicable policies.

Roblox Marketplace approval, publishing, moderation results, search visibility, item availability, and sales are not guaranteed. Roblox has its own rules, review process, eligibility requirements, fees, and moderation decisions that are outside of NovaUGC Studio’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details and confirming that their requested design is original and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have the right to request the design described in their order.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and examples, is owned by NovaUGC Studio unless otherwise stated. Website content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or used without permission.

NovaUGC Studio may update this Legal Notice at any time to reflect changes to the business, platform rules, or legal requirements.
