Delivery Policy

NovaUGC Studio provides custom 3D design/modeling commission services.

After placing an order, the customer must provide the details needed to begin the commission, including the accessory type, colors, style, references, and any special notes.

Estimated design time is usually 1–3 business days after all required order details are received and confirmed. More complex designs, revisions, or high order volume may take longer.

Delivery may include previews, screenshots, model updates, or final design files depending on the service purchased.

If the design follows Roblox rules, it may be submitted or published through Roblox Marketplace. Roblox review time, approval, publishing, and Marketplace availability are not guaranteed and may take additional time.

This website does not ship physical products. No Robux, Roblox accounts, limiteds, or direct Roblox avatar items are delivered through this website.
